Shipping & Delivery

Pulsar Advantage offers multiple shipping options at checkout, including standard and expedited services where available. Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated based on the selected method and destination.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information.

Orders weighing over 150 pounds may ship via freight carrier. For freight deliveries, the carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment. Freight shipments include curbside lift gate service only. Delivery inside a residence, garage, or job site, as well as white glove service, is not included.

All shipping carriers are selected at Pulsar Advantage’s discretion. Transit times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or external factors.


Return Policy

Pulsar Advantage is committed to providing high-quality equipment and dependable support.

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition
  • All original packaging, manuals, and components must be included
  • Proof of purchase is required

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or shipped in error.

Incomplete, used, or damaged returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15%.

Refunds are processed within approximately 5 business days after the returned item is received and inspected at our facility.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Spare or replacement parts
  • Used or installed equipment
  • Items returned without original packaging or components

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery. Be prepared to provide photos and documentation so we can assist with a resolution.


Warranty

Many Pulsar Advantage products include a manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty coverage varies by product and includes access to replacement parts and service support. Please refer to the product documentation or contact us for specific warranty details.
